Texas Air Repairs is an FAA certificated repair Station T6XR841N Overhaul hydraulic components (nose landing gear, actuators, accumulators, etc. Main Landing Gear Overhauls and Inspections (including weld repairs) Structural sheet metal services (flight control surfaces, modifications to fuselage, wings, etc.) Provide inventory management services of rotable and expendable parts Consignment program available for excess inventory Sales of spare parts Exchange program for rotable parts Technical consulting to assist the customer in all aspects of the Twin Otter 24 hour, 7 days a week AOG service Aircraft Sales & Management Provide Export Certificate of Air Worthiness FAA approved repair services on various DHC 6 parts Various STC and PMA Parts in development Energy Absorption & Drop Testing



STC Hydraulic Pump & Motor Assembly Texas Air Services, Inc is the Holder of Supplemental Type Certificate approval (STC # SA10407SC) for the DHC6 Twin-Otter Hydraulic Pump & Motor assembly, and it was designed and approved as a direct replacement for the former Great Lakes Hydraulic Pump & Motor installation. Texas Air Service, Inc STC Hydraulic Pump & Motor assembly is now standard installation on the Viking Air Ltd DHC6-400 Twin Otter aircraft.
